my wife and i split bottles at dinner all of the time. sometimes, however, instead of finishing the bottle
at one meal, i will cork it and save it for the next day's meal. i am surprised that this does
not damage the wine. indeed, i find the wine is actually fuller, better or just as good the
second day. any insights on this? -wes
